Today is the final day of my Whole 30 experience! I treated myself to a cup of delicious and healthy bullet proof coffee this morning!  It definitely doesn’t seem like it has been a whole month (although my family and boyfriend will probably feel otherwise) and I fully plan on continuing this change of lifestyle. I never realized how much better I could feel by making a few simple changes to the food I eat. Whole 30 may seem pretty extreme looking from the outside, but it’s really how we should all be eating all the time. Sure, there are special occasions, holidays, birthdays, or vacations where you may want to splurge and part from a real food diet, THAT IS OKAY ONCE IN A WHILE. It just shouldn’t be our norm. I fell into an unhealthy routine myself even after a ton of schooling about health, wellness, and chiropractic. It is easy to do and we shouldn’t feel guilty about it. I made a change, and you can too.
